Charlie has been working with marginalized populations like substance addictions, people with disabilities, racial minorities and homeless people since 2014. He is experienced in assisting individuals in managing addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling), educating individuals regarding detox process, understanding on relapse as well as promoting addiction recovery.
Furthermore, Charlie provides guidance and counselling to promote healthy relationships between couples who are experiencing relationship issues (communication, conflicts, interactions). Charlie also provides guidance in intervention planning for parents with children with disabilities which include important stakeholders like family, parents, caregivers, educators and other health professionals. Charlie’s work includes promoting effective communication, self-regulation skills, changing behaviors and educating individual skills to support development as well as independence.
