Biodata
Reagan has always been highly interested in individuals and people from all walks of life. He has worked closely alongside individuals with psychological difficulties and life adjustment concerns. Some of these include behavioural, mood, and adjustment disorders. As a therapist, Reagan has been able to incorporate an integrative, eclectic, and holistic approach to psychotherapy, to be able to attend to clients as individuals and people with uniqueness and differences.
As a therapist, Reagan understands the significance of creating an open, non-judgemental, and safe space to be able to sit in with clients during psychotherapy sessions. This gives him the opportunity to be able to listen and be part of clients’ sharing and life stories. Where needed, active skills and practices will be incorporated in sessions, to be able to inspire and encourage clients to be empowered in various situations. Reagan believes that no two are (and never will be) the same in terms of life experiences and personal battles.
Reagan places importance in exploration while also finding a balance in discovering meaning and purpose amidst the struggles and difficulties of life. The assimilation of these aspects allowed Reagan to be able to assist with individuals of different race, gender, age, and background – most notably among teenagers, young adults, and adults. Reagan believes that the act of empowering others for the benefit of themselves is a noble cause and a step forward for meaningful change. This motivates him to strive to provide a mutual and personal therapy journey and experience with his clients.
