Biodata
Audrey works closely with individuals experiencing psychological difficulties including mood, behavioral, relational and neurodevelopmental disorders. She is well-trained in providing psychotherapy and psychological assessments to individuals from diverse backgrounds. She works collaboratively with clients and employs an integrative approach to assist them in understanding themselves better.
Audrey also has experience working with children and adolescents with special needs where she focused on improving their social, communication and learning skills. She also guided them in speech and motor skills development to improve their ability to live more independently and transitioning to mainstream schools.
With a strong desire to eliminate stigmas associated with mental health, Audrey has been involved in many community programmes and family workshops to increase mental health awareness among children, adolescents, and adults. Audrey believes that every individual should be able to access mental health services regardless of their age, gender, disability, socioeconomic status and etc.
Audrey strives to provide a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, develop new insights and learn ways to cope with their issues in therapy sessions. She believes in being present with her clients while navigating through challenging topics together and to find hope in the midst of difficulties.
