Biodata
Elle works closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and across different stages of life. She provides psychotherapy and psychological assessments, and is professionally trained to support individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioural, relational, and developmental concerns.
In her therapeutic work, Elle adopts a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach. She primarily utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while integrating elements from other evidence-based approaches, and remains flexible in accommodating each client’s unique needs. Elle believes in journeying alongside her clients to help them make sense of their experiences, build resilience, and find healing at their own pace.
In her work with children and adolescents, she supports concerns such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), giftedness, behavioural difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and social or learning-related issues, and values the role of family support where appropriate.
She also works with adults and older adults presenting with concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, burnout, stress and anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges.
In her free time, Elle enjoys art journaling, watching K-dramas, and discovering good food.
