Biodata

Nadiah enjoys working with primary-age children and young adults. She strives to create a welcoming environment as well as a trusting therapist-client relationship to help clients feel safe enough to open up about the life challenges they face. Nadiah’s therapeutic approach consists of cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. By encouraging and empowering the client, Nadiah strives to be warm, understanding, and respectful when assisting her clients in forming a life they are more satisfied with.

Through establishing trust, Nadiah has helped those experiencing a variety of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, insomnia, mood disorders, and issues with relationships. She is also skilled in conducting psychological assessments for childhood developmental disorders such as autism and ADHD.

Beyond the therapy room, Nadiah enjoys discovering new cafes and restaurants to eat at. She also loves going to parks and working on her hobby-of-the-hour.
