Biodata

Juin Yi enjoys working with individuals across different age groups and diverse backgrounds, including children and adolescents, adults, and the elderly. She finds fulfillment in guiding clients to develop greater awareness of their internal struggles, cultivate psychological well-being, and uncover personal strengths to build a more meaningful and satisfying life. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She believes therapy is a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space that empowers clients to take an active role in their healing journey.

Juin Yi has experience supporting clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, stress management, and other mental health concern. She is also well-trained in conducting psychological assessments for childhood developmental disorders such as Autism, ADHD, and Specific Learning Disorders.

Outside the therapy room, Juin Yi enjoys watching dramas and staying active through various types of exercise with friends. She values a healthy work-life balance and believes it plays a vital role in sustaining long-term well-being—for both her clients and herself.
