Biodata

Michelle works with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and across different stages of life. She offers both psychological assessments and psychotherapy, supporting clients with various emotional, behavioural, developmental, and relational concerns.

Her approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, non-judgement, and respect for each individual’s experiences. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while integrating strategies from other evidence-based approaches to suit each client’s needs. With experience in both clinical and corporate settings, she remains flexible and responsive, supporting clients in their journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth, one step at a time.

In her work with younger clients, she supports individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioural challenges and emotional regulation difficulties. She also has experience providing behavioural therapy for children with special needs. In her work with adults, Michelle supports individuals experiencing concerns such as obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), stress and trauma-related difficulties, anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship issues, guiding them in navigating challenges and improving overall functioning.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys crocheting, spending time in nature, watching movies, and believes in finding joy in the little things in life.
